Fire works in lAfollette

All use of Fireworks require a permit

Wisconsin Statutes require all individuals and groups to obtain a fireworks permit (Wis. Stat # 167.10(3).  As a result all persons wishing to use or possess fireworks must obtain a permit from the town chairman.


Fireworks permits are available free of charge from Town of LaFollette.  Contact Darwyn Brown, Town Chair, at 715-566-2343 to obtain your permit.  Failure to obtain a permit may result in a fine from the Burnett County Sheriff's office.
