Since the establishment of the Town of LaFollette in 1901, the Town Board has passed various resolutions and adopted ordinances.  The purpose of this page is to  allow the town's residents access to the these documents.  The Town Board is currently reviewing these documents and will publish on this page those that are still active.  We are beginning this process which may take several months to complete.  We are starting with the most current year and working backwards through our files.

Resolutions are typically directives to the current and future boards on procedures to be followed to ensure the efficient and consistent operation of the Board, the Clerk and the Treasure in carrying out their duties.

Ordinances are directives that may have the force of law and impact the conduct of business and residents within the Town of LaFollette.
