The Town of LaFollette's Board approved Resolution 2023-002 to increase the town's base levy by $150,000 annually effective with the 2023 levy which will be collected in 2024. The resolution was approved by the Town Electors (i.e., registered voters eligible to vote in town and Wisconsin elections) at a Special Meeting held at the Town Hall on October 16, 2023 at 7:00 pm. The new base levy will rise from $132,432 to $282,432. The Electors also approved the Total Levy of $410,444 to be collected in 2024. A copy of the Budget, Resolution and approvals is provided below. 

The Board will meet on November 13, 2023 at 7:00pm just prior to the regular board meeting to accept the 2024 budget.
