The Town of LaFollette elected officials and staff are dedicated to serving our community.  We hold monthly and an annual meetings.  We also hold an annual budget meeting. 

Monthly Meetings

Meetings are held at the town hall on the second Monday of each month.  The meetings start at 7:00 pm, unless otherwise posted.  The most recent meeting agenda and minutes are accessible by clicking on the file button.

caucus Meeting -- Next caucus will be January 2025

The Biannual Town Caucus  Meeting will be held at the town hall in January 2025.  The date will be posted here.  The meeting starts at 6:30 pm.  An Explanation of the Caucus is provided in the Elections section of the website.  Click here.

annual Meeting

The Annual Town Meeting is held at the town hall on the third Tuesday of April.  The meeting starts at 7:00 pm.  The  meeting minutes are accessible by clicking on the file button.

Town Budget

   

The Town of LaFollette's Board approved Resolution 2024-002 to use four dollars ($4.00) of uncollected approved levy funds from 2023 in 2025. The resolution will be brought before the Town Electors (i.e., registered voters eligible to vote in town and Wisconsin elections) at a Special Meeting held at the Town Hall on October 21, 2024 at 7:00 pm. The Electors will be asked to approve the Total Levy of $423,374 to be collected in 2025. A copy of the  proposed Budget, Resolution and approvals is provided below. 


The Board will meet on November 11, 2024 at 7:00pm just prior to the regular board meeting to accept the 2025 budget.
